TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents (excluding NT) aged 18 years or over.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Store (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
  4. A “Participating Store” is any BWS store in Australia (excluding NT) that advertises the promotion and stocks Canadian Club products (“Eligible Product”) during the Promotional Period (“Participating Store”). For clarity BWS online is also deemed acceptable for the purposes of this promotion.
  5. Entries into the promotion open on 3rd June 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30th June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must spend $25 or more in a single transaction on any Eligible Product at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). If an individual does not automatically receive a purchase receipt at the time of making a Qualifying Transaction, it is their responsibility to request one from staff.
  7. To enter, individuals must then:
    a) Visit www.ccpromotions.com.au/snowtrip and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
    b) Input the requested details including first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, and postcode. Upload the purchase receipt when prompted; and
    c) Submit the online entry form during the Promotional Period.
  8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per transaction, regardless of the amount spent in excess of $25 in that transaction; (b) only one entry is permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
  10. The Promoter, reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  11. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  13. There will be one (1) draw conducted for entries received each day of the Promotional Period (each a “Daily Draw”) for a total of 28 Daily Draws and one major draw from all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). All draws will take place at place Handling Matters, Unit 40 1-5 Thew Parade, Cromer, 2009. Each Daily Draw will take place at 2:00PM on the business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 4th June 2026 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 1st July 2026. The Major Draw will take place at 2:00pm AEST on 6th July 2026, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draws but will be entered into the Major Draw.
  14. Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Any ACT winners or Major Draw winners will have their details (first initial, surname and postcode) published at www.ccpromotions.com.au/snowtrip from 9th July 2026.
  15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in each Daily Draw will each win a $30 BWS digital gift card.

    The first two (2) valid entries drawn in the Major Draw will each win a Snow Adventure trip for two (2) adults to Queenstown, New Zealand, valued at up to AU$20,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes (“Major Prize”):

    • Return economy airfares for two (2) adults from the winner’s nearest Australian state capital city to Queenstown, New Zealand (must be taken between June and September to coincide with winter season);
    • Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a minimum 4-star property in Queenstown (twin/double share);
    • Five (5) days’ car hire to explore Queenstown and surrounding areas
    • Full-day Snowmoto experience including one overnight stay in a Turk in the snow in Kingston (approx. 45 minutes from Queenstown);
    • Night skiing lift passes for two (2) nights for two (2) adults;
    • Two (2) days’ ski equipment hire for two (2) adults;
    • AU$1,000 outdoor gear voucher (which can be used for clothes, boots, winter clothing etc.);
    • AU$1,500 spending money for the winner only;
    •.Comprehensive travel insurance for two (2) adults including ski and sports cover (subject to conditions); and
    • Full-service prize management including liability/publicity paperwork, bookings, itinerary management and 24-hour support during the trip.
  17. Additional spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Major Prize must be taken by 30 September 2027 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Major Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak period.
  18. Once booking of Major Prize is confirmed no changes are allowed, unless otherwise authorised by the Promoter in its absolute discretion and if permitted will incur a fee of $165 (inc GST) plus supplier charges which is payable by the winner.
  19. Travel may involve alpine driving conditions. Winners are responsible for complying with all road safety requirements, including the use of snow chains where required.
  20. The winners and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
  21. Car hire element of Major Prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance is not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory. For the avoidance of doubt, if any winner does not meet these requirements, they may nominate a guest who does meets these conditions.
  22. The spending money element of the Major Prize will be awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account and in their name. Winner is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution rejecting an EFT payment, or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
  23. The winner and their companion will each be required to fully complete a travel insurance application form provided by the Promoter, and may also be required to undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order to redeem the travel insurance element of the Major Prize. Any person found guilty of insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the Major Prize. Travel insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer refuses to issue insurance to the winner and companions, the winner forfeits that travel insurance element of the Major Prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited to any limitations on the covered amount.
  24. The winners of the Major Prize and their companions acknowledge that some components of the Major Draw prize, are dangerous activities that may result in injury or death, and participate at their own risk. The winners and their companions must: (a) attend, undergo and pass any appropriate training, briefings, required medical tests and other requirements of the Promoter and Activity organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) not have any heart condition or history thereof, or other medical conditions that would make it dangerous to participate in the Activity; (c) not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (d) comply with all directions of the Promoter and Activity organisers at all times; and (e) wear all safety and other equipment required. The Promoter and Activity organisers, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner or their companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that the winner or their companion pose a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the Activity is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter it may not be rescheduled and no compensation will be offered.
  25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or part of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
  26. Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
  27. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
  28. Total prize pool value is up to $48,400.
  29. The prize/s must be claimed by 3rd August 2026 (for the original winner/s) and 1st September 2026 (for the winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).
  30. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 4th August 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published (initial, surname and postcode) in http://www.ccpromotions.com.au/snowtrip on 7th August 2026
  31. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  32. If any part of the Major Prize is unavailable due to weather, safety or operational reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that activity with one of equal or greater value.
  33. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  34. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  35. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  36. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of a prize.
  37. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.suntoryglobalspirits.com/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.
